Flex Disc
A flex disc also known as coupling, Giubo, Guibo, Flex Joint is a flexible reinforced rubber disc used on vehicles using rear wheel driveshaft or all-wheel drive. The flex disc has 6 bolt holes sleeved with metal guides, three mounts to the driveshaft and the other three to the moving components flange. Flex disc transfer all the torque to the driveshaft therefore it has to be of the highest grade material.

The flex disc designed to allow some angular misalignment between the Driveshaft and the transmission, transfer case or Differential. Cuts off transmission vibration and sounds, reducing stress on the driveshaft. Mostly used in vehicles such as BMW, Mercedes, Pontiac GTO, Cadillac CTS, Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Charger.
We carry mostly SGF Flex discs which are made in Germany and are the (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer for most car makers in the world today.
