Driveshaft, also known as a propeller shaft or Driveline is a steel tube with a yoke or spline welded on the end, a yoke will be connected with U joint to the flange on the vehicle and splined shaft will connect mostly to a CV joint. The tubular design gives the drive shaft it strength and the hollow design makes the shaft light in weight. Vehicles use a single one-piece drive shaft, a two-piece drive shaft and a 3-piece driveshaft. This cuts the length of each shaft to avoid driveline vibration. Since a drive shaft spins at full engine rpm in high gear, it must be straight and perfectly balanced. If not balanced, the shaft can vibrate violently. To prevent this vibration, drive shaft balancing weights are welded to the shaft.

Our drive shafts are manufactured to OEM specification to fit cars trucks & SUVs, only heavy duty quality materials are used in the manufacturing process to achieve maximum quality and performance . At the end of the manufacturing process the driveshaft is speed balanced at 3500 RPM to remove and slight vibration, the driveshaft then painted and boxed for shipment.
